Tandivio comes from the idea of working in tandem—different people moving in the same direction.
In a roofing company, sales, the office, and the crews each see a different part of the job. We want to bring those perspectives together so everyone knows what’s happening and what comes next.
It’s a name we created around that idea: shared vision, coordinated work, forward motion.
